Marketing Communications Specialist

In order to strengthen the company’s positioning as a benchmark analytical CRO and to generate new business leads, Quality Assistance is actively looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist.

Your mission

As a crucial part of the team, you contribute to the implementation of the Marketing & Communications strategy. You report to the Corporate Communications Manager and work closely with the Business Development department as well as our internal R&D teams.

By developing, executing and monitoring adequate and impactful marcom campaigns and tactics using appropriate tools, you contribute to:

• Increasing brandawareness and promoting our services and expertise to our prospects and clients

• Stimulating and gathering new business and conversion opportunities

You plan, craft and distribute commercial and scientific content and liaise with our internal experts in order to validate the content prior to publication.

You coordinate and communicate our presence at industry conferences and events, negotiating sponsorship packages and making all the necessary arrangements and logistics in order to maximize our return on investment.

You evaluate the impact of our marcom campaigns in order to define and implement appropriate means for optimisation.

You identify and make good use of the suitable tools for each campaign/tactic amongst:

• company website

• social media

• targeted email campaigns

• sales literature

• videos

• events, conferences, webinars

• advertising

• etc.

Your profile

Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing

Required

You have relevant and successful experience in Marketing/Communication (minimum 5 years), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or within a B2B/international/publicly listed company, as well as:

• a commercial mindsetcombined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• a proven ability to create high-impact content and messages

• an advanced level (C1) of English

• excellent organisational skills

• digitalmarketing experience

• a strong attention to detail

You are dynamic and creative. You have a positive attitude and are a self-motivated, accountable & proactive communicator/marketer.You are able to adapt to a strict and regulated environment.

Pluses

• Experience with leads generation in previous roles

• Good command of Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, video capture and editing
