Join our team and lead the industry to a more sustainable future, working in a very energic team spirit and inclusive environment.The Master Production Planner will coordinate long term supply chain strategies and across networks. In this role, you will monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost to serve performance data and help coordinate cross functional work teams.Location Mouscron (20km from Lille, 50km from Ghent) with some home office flexibility.Key Accountabilities- Maintain data relevant to network distribution planning activities including capacity, constraint, logistics, supplier, master and location data.
- Publish and manage the Demand vs Supply imbalances across the network, using the approved supply plan inputs in the short-term horizon.
- Develop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages and coordinate the network transfers with key stakeholders cross-functionally.
- Secure a tight transition between the long-term and short-term supply plan for assigned products and locations aligned with the integrated business planning cycle.
- Balancing capacity surplus vs Business opportunities within the short-term horizon.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Six to eight years of experience with supply chain planning and operations management end-to-end
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, initiative taker, with experience in complex matrix environment
- Comfortable in transformation context in fast-paced growing environment
- Experience with IBP very much welcome
