Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a M&A Analystfor a permanent position based in region Brussels.

Our client is a fast-growing company active in the wellbeing sector.

You will assist the Chief Development Officer (CDO) in the implementation of the group’s growth strategy, through M&A and Greenfield development.

As M&A Analystyou will be responsible for:

· Financial and strategic analysis;

· Collection, compilation and analysis of available document of potential acquisition or development targets;

· Realization of the Business Plan (Excel) and preparation of an acquisition file (PPT) for the group’s Investment Committee, containing:

o Key Investment highlights, Presentation of the target, BP, detailing , Investment recommendation, Conclusions of the acquisition DDs, once completed, Main economic and legal terms of the transaction

· Analyses of, reflections on and setup of the acquisition structure (legal, financial and tax);

· Participation in negotiations with sellers and/or their advisors, in collaboration with the CEO and CDO;

· Participation in the fundraising;

· Monitoring and updating of the Group’s BP of each country’s subsidiaries and that of the group;

· Active participation in the integration process of the acquired companies with the operational and financial teams of the countries.

The required profile for the M&A Analystposition:

· You obtained a master’s degree in Business administration;

· You have at least 3 years of experience;

· You are fluent in English, French and Dutch;

· Knowledge of Spanish is an asset;

· You have experience in reviewing legal documentation or are willing to learn;

· You are able and willing to travel.
