What will you do?

The Hotel Planner is the link between the guest requirements and all operational departments (Front Office, Food and Beverages, Conference, Housekeeping, etc.). Further to the expectations of the guests, the priority of the challenger is to successfully satisfy them and bring balance between services to guests, catering department and revenue.

You are in charge for the smooth progress of all dinners, cocktails, lunches and events or group requests following internal procedure as well as for all seminars, meetings, conferences and groups as from the signature of the contract until the end of the event. A smooth contact with revenue and MICE teams of our Service & Support head office is essential. You will also be doing site inspections and perform duties.
