We are looking for experienced professionals to join Monitor Deloitte’s growing and dynamic Commercial Strategy & Excellence team.

Within Commercial Strategy & Excellence we help our clients create new business insights and focus on creating direct impact on their commercial strategy, profitability & revenue generation by combining our strategy expertise and methodologies with advanced data analytical techniques.

Our team covers a wide variety of commercial strategic topics: portfolio optimization, go-to-market success, pricing strategy and sales effectiveness to only name a few.

As a member of our Monitor Deloitte CS&E team, you work with Global and Regional Executives from many leading companies tackling a broad range of complex and highly visible commercial challenges. You will:

• Have quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity combined with strong expertise on commercial excellence
• Support the client in determining their ambition and defining the right set of initiatives to execute;
• Drive analyses and insight generation
• Delivery of engagements, sometimes independent delivery of larger project modules and/or steering a team of junior project team members.
• In addition, you play an active role in business development activities and internal initiatives, supporting the growth of our Commercial excellence practice.
• By our team you will work on the most challenging business questions our clients are facing today, teaming up with unique and complementary capabilities within our Strategy, Analytics and M&A (SAMA) portfolio
  
  

Let’s Talk About You

• Excellent Masters or MBA degree from a reputable university
• Over four years of relevant work experience either at a top tier consultancy practice or in a leading pricing strategy position in the business
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of Commercial & Pricing Strategy.
• Insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks;
• Ability to plan, structure and prepare client ready-work;
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effictively lead and manage all key stakeholders,
• Strong commercial accumen and market awareness;
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
