Monteur Contrôleur en électronique sur PCB

Mission

Votre domaine d’activité sera centré sur montage et le contrôle des cartes et des ensembles électroniques (PCB). Vous travaillerez à l’intérieur de nos ateliers de production. La fonction est diversifiée compte tenu de la large gamme de produits que nous fabriquons. Votre travail sera effectué en tenant compte des critères de fabrication sévères.

Principales responsabilités :
  • Il s’agit en général de travaux de petites séries de PCB électroniques professionnels, à critères de fabrication sévères.
  • Au départ d’un dossier de fabrication contenant les spécifications et les plans de montage, réalisation des différents montages sur l’ensemble des PCB.
  • Contrôle des composants électriques sur PCB (position, orientation, valeur) (boitier CMS 0402, BGA, QFN, etc…).
  • Contrôle, remplacement et retouches des soudures (boitier CMS 0402, BGA, QFN, etc…).
  • Modifications filaires complexes sur PCB.
  • Critères de fabrication et de contrôle sévères (normes IPC610).

Profil:

Education
  • Diplôme A3, A2, B3, B2 ou Formation équivalente en électricité, électronique.
  • 5 ans d’expérience.
  • Langues : le français.
  • La connaissance de l’anglais technique est un plus
