They are currently looking for a well-versed Network Engineer with a minimum of 3yrs Experience and varied background in Windows, Linux & Telephony.

Description


Network Engineer - Function

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the network infrastructure (lines, routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, etc.) and telephony
  • To take into account and follow up on support requests relating to his/her area of expertise in the network and overall knowledge of the entire support system.
  • Analysing user needs, studying the feasibility of an IT request and guaranteeing quality production. Ensuring the quality of IT processes in order to guarantee the maximum availability and quality of our information processing (operational controls, proactivity, etc.)
  • Ensure the application of the company’s security policy in the development of the IT infrastructure (servers, telephony, networks, office tools, workstations, etc.) and in the infrastructure development processes.

Profiles


Network Engineer - Profile

  • Perfect knowledge of IP layers and protocols.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Competence in switches, access points, routers, proxies, firewalls. Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet products.
  • System knowledge (windows server, RHEL, Debian, email) is a plus
  • Knowledge of telephony/PABX/SIP is a plus but not a must.
  • Knowledge of Axway’s Managed File Transfer platform is a plus.
