Ce poste fait partie du groupe FIBI (Food Ingredients et Bio-Industrial), grâce auquel nous anticipons les tendances en matière de goût, de nutrition et de sécurité pour innover et fournir des solutions aux fabricants, aux détaillants et aux restaurateurs.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Nutrition Innovation Lead is responsible for translating the business objectives related to Nutrition into an innovation roadmap and a project portfolio to execute on the roadmap in Cargill Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers. In this role, you will ensure that technology and market growth opportunities are understood, captured and prioritized. Accordingly, you will oversee the project portfolio, lead key innovation projects, and provide technical leadership to new solutions development for growth in the Nutrition space.Key Accountabilities- Identify growth opportunities that enable the business strategy in the Nutrition space. Define priorities relating to projects, resources and required capabilities to allow this growth.
- Develop and maintain the Nutrition innovation project portfolio and technology roadmap. Provide business leadership and advisory on how to execute our innovation portfolio choices.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the globe and across the company, leveraging cross-functional teams, to ensure effective and efficient use of the human and financial resources to deliver high quality research and development work and broader company targets.
- Provide expert thought leadership in Nutrition within the Company and externally, partnering with key opinion leaders, academics and new technology providers.
- Other duties as assigned
- Master’s degree in nutrition or biomedical sciences, with minimum 6 years of related experience in the Food industry.
- Versed in nutritional and health scientific research, with experience in nutritional or clinical substantiation.
- Deep knowledge of ingredient categories relevant to Nutrition/ Specialized Nutrition.
- Proven experience in collaborating with academics and other knowledge institutions, and new technology providers.
- Prior experience in R&D/Innovation and project & portfolio management.
- Proven ability to develop and bring creative innovations to market, mastering value proposition.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, using additional research and interpretation to handle challenges.
- Experience working successfully in a multi-national/cultural and matrixed organization environment.
- PhD in nutrition, bio-medical or related sciences.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in relevant roles in the Food / Nutrition industry.
- Experience with specialty carbohydrates, fibers and proteins is a plus, as well as experience in digestive health, immune health, cognitive health or muscle health.
