We are looking for an experienced fulltime Office Manager who has an affinity for TECHNOLOGY and EDUCATION! Do you like to work for a dynamic organisation, are you pro-active and able to effectively manage your time and responsibilities, read on to learn exactly what you will be doing, and apply!

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for all office management which includes but is not limited to;

  • maintaining the office facilities
  • supporting Senior Management and other teams where necessary
  • ordering stationary
  • managing the front of house reception
  • office coordination
  • health and safety / Head ERO
  • organising office events and any other duties required via management

As an Office Manager it will be a versatile job, in which in a sense of responsibility and accuracy are of great importance. You are independent, proactive and have good communication skills when dealing with colleagues of other nationalities. , in which responsibility and accuracy are of great importance. What is being asked of you?

  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills ;
  • Strong level of written and spoken English, candidates will be expected to communicate with a variety of people both internally and externally;
  • Hard-working, committed and energetic yet judicious with how to best leverage time and resources for a successful outcome;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Office and PowerPoint and Accountancy-software
  • Assistant of the CEO
