Within theVilvoorde engineering and production site of HTS and we are looking for an Order Manager, responsible for project planning and control and customer communication.

This position will be end-to-end responsible for planning and control of multiple orders, starting from order booking up to delivery at the customer site.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure orders are scheduled in line with the Customer Request Date.
  • Coordinate the project planning across the involved departments: Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing.
  • Drive and manage multiple orders cross functionally, to meet time, budget and quality requirements.
  • Report project progress to customers and management.
  • Follow-up on Changes Orders.
  • Follow-up on technical matters, with support of the responsible project engineer.
  • Follow-up on the project billing plan.
  • Act as central point of communication between the internal organization and the customer.
  • Communicate any changes that might occur during the project execution with the customer.

Requirements

  • Proactive, results oriented and customer focused.
  • Experience with SAP is a strong plus.
  • Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor degree or first relevant working experience.
  • Languages: Dutch and proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German and French is a plus.
