Key contributions

Research for legal questions; general legal support and research on new regulations
Support with Business Unit board meetings
Responsible for corporate legal filing & housekeeping & publications
Follow up and communication of certain legal projects (e.g. regulatory tracker, Code of Conduct campaign, data sharing, and more)
Update powers of authority etc
Support the lawyers with ad hoc requests including technical support by organizing teams needs regarding IT / tools, etc.
Organising meetings/off-location & support onboarding of new team members
Update/amending of templates (e.g. GDPR clauses, Project terms, new civil law regulation, labour and commercial clauses etc)
Providing support in roll out of Legal Tech projects
Management of Belux / NL team site with templates etc (access to all)
Update claims & litigation files, and support with all other reporting to central level (with support of legal team) as well as expense reports, etc
Update of risk management with stakeholders
Contribution to legal trainings where possible
Privacy – support privacy request (DSRR) + privacy assessment
Legal support for consumer activations + review terms & conditions
Support wider commercial strategy & functions directors as required
Admin, Purchase orders, invoicing etc
Preparing / creating presentation material

Requirements

Degree in paralegal or business administration, or experience in working with legal teams
Business level of French, Dutch & English language
Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Preferably past experience as a paralegal and good knowledge of legal content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of communicating at all management levels
Methodical and structured approach to your daily tasks, able to work in highly complex environment
Exceptional attention to detail
