For our client, one of the world’s leading law firms, we are looking for a 3-lingual, dynamic receptionist.This position is responsible for providing full front of house support to the Brussels office and making sure the reception and client area are constantly professional looking.Working HoursMonday till Friday: 13:30 - 19:30
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure all relevant equipment, material and refreshments are provided.
  • Provide general assistance with IT equipment in meeting rooms.
  • Order and coordinate catering if necessary.
  • Order Taxis and express courier.
  • Assist with travel booking.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, newspapers, deliveries and couriers.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (issue security badges, manage stock and database).
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
  • Ensure an efficient transfer and communication with the other receptionist.
  • Good command of English, French and Dutch.
  • Excellent work ethic; polite and with positive working attitude.
  • Dynamic and proactive; able to take initiative, has a sense of responsibility; common sense.
  • Highly organised, able to handle several things at once, flexible.
  • Service minded
  • Proficiency in MS applications and systems.
