As a Payroll Officer, you will manage personnel records, validate timesheets, and support payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and update personnel records in our payroll software.
  • Verify and validate employee timesheets.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and requests.
  • Provide daily management reports to fulfill internal and legal requirements.
  • Actively contribute to payroll-related projects.

Your profile

  • Experience in payroll is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of social legislation.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Independent worker with a strong team spirit.
  • Service- and quality-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • A good sense of humor is a plus!
