Who we are?

TRS Staffing Solutions Belgium is a part of Fluor Group and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium, the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in Oil, Gas, Energy, Food, and Pharma sectors.
Currently, we are looking for candidates interested in becoming Permit to Work Supervisor/Coordinator. The job includes on-the-job training and the possibility to gain experience within Construction & Pharmaceutical sectors.

Who are we looking for?
  • Interests in Safety in the industrial production environment & pharmaceutical sector
  • 3-5 years experience in a production environment and a link to HSE (training or positions)
  • HSE training (min. conseiller en prevention NIV. 3) or similar experience
  • General understanding of technical documents
  • French (mandatory)
  • Technical background & affinity with technical installations
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and Permit-to-work (PTW) System is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Eligible to work in Belgium (visa/work permit sponsorship is not available for this position)
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
What will you do?
  • Supervisor and / or Coordination of Permit to Work activities
  • Follow-up on Permit to Work systems and administration
  • Follow-up on Quality & Safety document
  • On-site safety supervision
  • Contact with sub-contractors
  • Reporting to HSE Manager on-site
