You¿ll work in the component business unit of Sabena Aerospace at Zaventem National Airport. Together with your colleagues you are in charge of providing the correct instructions for the reparation of aircraft parts and the compliance of these reparations with the highest aviation regulations. ¿ Based on approved maintenance data (CMM, SRM, T.O, DWG etc¿) you prepare repair procedures for the workshop team as well as the inspection team. ¿ You evaluate the costs, analyse the production time and provide a technical quotation to our commercial department. Next to that, you provide the necessary spare parts list to our supply chain. ¿ You provide a technical support to the production while carrying out the repairs. ¿ You propose improvements together with the operational excellence team in the production environment related to safety and productivity. ¿ You are the technical point of contact for some of our customers. ¿ You assist the planning department regarding the estimated hours required and any technical explanation

Profil

- You have a master degree in aeronautical or electromechanical engineering or equivalent experience - You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field. - Problem solving and working towards strict deadlines are your strengths - Good communicator in English and French and/or Dutch - You work efficiently in a team atmosphere - You have an analytical mindset and have an eye for details - You appreciate the hands-on contact with the technical team and the products - Experienced MS-Office applications user, knowledge SAP is a plus
