The Process Analyst in this role is responsible for reviewing and improving existing processes related to designing, optimizing, and managing the process of affiliate retirement personal & contact data, liquidation, focusing on communication, document collection, and payout.

The process is divided into two stages:
  • preparation & communication (60 days prior to retirement)
  • execution (retirement date)
This analysis occurs in the second phase of the project, where the focus is on identifying gaps and refining processes.
