Functieomschrijving The MSAT department at one of our clients is the scientific backbone supporting commercial manufacturing, process optimization, technology transfer and development of innovative processes. We seek an Process Engineer to enhance our upstream cell culture processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support Manufacturing Processes:

  • Conduct data trending and monitoring
  • Develop study protocols and reports
  • Assist in investigations and impact assessments

Process Improvements:

  • Identify and implement yield and robustness enhancements
  • Compile data packages for scale up

Data Analytics:

  • Apply modeling and analytics to support process knowledge and improvements

Technology Transfer:

  • Support technology transfer from development to GMP manufacturing
  • Develop strategies for process validation and performance qualification

Profiel

  • PhD or master in Life Sciences
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture processes on lab- and/or manufacturing scale
  • Flexible and willing to support both small scale lab studies and manufacturing scale operations
