We are looking for aProcess Engineerfor our partner, a global biopharma company (Region: Wavre), who has a passion for complex machinery, automation & pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. As Process Engineer, you’re keen to use your expertise and technical knowledge to support Capex Projects on Secundary Equipments and Aseptic Technologies (e.g. isolator technologies, aseptic filling lines, gloves tester, freeze dryer, ...).

Function:

You ensure a correct design, construction, commissioning and qualification of Secondary Equipments and Aseptic technologies package in coordination with the Engineering & Project Management Office.

Your main tasks include:

  • Definition of functional, technical & quality requirements.
  • Realisation of reviews of process studies, P&ID’s and layouts.
  • Oversight contractor’s performance.
  • Integration of operability and EHS requirements at all design steps.
  • Preparation of the proces testin, commissioning and inspection requirements.
  • On-site verification of execution according to good practices.
  • Coordination with suppliers representatives, MPU representatives (User, QA, Validation, Maintenance, ...).

Profile:

  • Engineering degree with 7 years experience as Process Engineer, especially in Secondary Equipments and Aseptic Technologies domains.
  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industrie and cGMP environment.
  • Good project integration experience: organisation, schedule, qualification, validation, technologies.
  • Languages: English - Fluent (oral and written) // French is a plus.
  • Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written.
