An International company active in Services Industry is currently looking for Procurement / Contract Manager for their office in Anderlecht.

As Procurement / Contract Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Translate the objectives into a strategic purchasing policy
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and also stay informed of market developments through sales and operations contacts, supplier visits and trade journals,
  • Conduct negotiations with (potential) suppliers/producers and conclude price, delivery and service agreements and participate in the drafting (or writing) of contracts,
  • Manage and monitor supplier contracts, ensure supplier performance and monitor the implementation of the pricing policy,
  • Responsible for savings on purchasing expenses.
  • Elaboration and follow-up of the various purchasing procedures including purchase to pay and the ISO procedures.
  • Provide an overview of the results achieved, deviations from objectives, plans and budget.

The ideal candidate for the position of Procurement / Contract Manager will have:

An Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in related department. You have minimum 5 years experience in an equivalent position in direct procurement. Fluency in English, bilingual in French/Dutch.
