THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an Product Copywriter to join its UX team.

Within the Product Design team, the UX copywriter’s role is to craft the content found throughout our digital products and interfaces. The UX writer will use their gift for language, depth of product knowledge and passion for customer-centricity to create intuitive, delightful experiences for our users. They will be able to think conceptually and tactically about product copy for web and mobile interfaces and help bring those ideas to life through words. All of this in strict collaboration with the guidance provided by the Content Manager.

YOUR ROLE
  • Deliver concise and clear product copy across our digital interfaces
  • Test content with end users and measure the user satisfaction impact of each content change
  • Adapt wording and expressions to be intuitive for end users
  • Generate and improve content via A/B testing in order to select the most efficient version
  • Craft transactional mails, FAQs, etc. about product features
  • Apply SEO and digital writing best practices when creating content
  • Collaborate with Product Leads, product teams, and engineers
  • Brainstorm with product teams to optimize the customer journey as far as content is concerned
  • Coordinate with other copywriters to help craft UX content and localization specialists to have it translated
  • Drive vision for product language and content across a product or subject-matter domain, and ensure cohesive product narratives
  • Document your strategies with guidelines and establish best practices and strategy principles
  • Maintain a user-centered focus while working within regulatory constraints and work as an equal partner and thought leader

YOUR PROFILE
  • Your native language is French, and you have a very good level of English
  • You have at least 2 years’ of experience writing UX copy for a consumer audience
  • You have experience collaborating with teams across multiple disciplines
  • You have an ability to juggle and meet multiple deadlines consistently
  • You have excellent written communication, verbal communication, and copyediting skills
  • You have experience establishing frameworks, content patterns, voice and tone guidelines, information architecture, and content hierarchy
  • You have experience with user-centered design and accessibility
