We develop sweet products and solutions towards the bakery, confectionery, and ice-cream categories.The Product Line Lead Gourmet will develop the product Line Strategy for the EMEA region and lead all aspects of the execution of product line activities for our Gourmet product portfolio. In this role, you will direct a team that designs and implements a comprehensive product marketing cycle.Your team will in collaboration with sales and commercial marketing, identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.You will have a top line contribution margin accountability.Key Accountabilities- Drive new product introductions and updates.
- Direct compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
- Monitor program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
- Organize and drive a comprehensive value based pricing cycle in a fast-paced market.
- Plan, organize and coordinate assigned complex programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Three years of supervisory experience

- A drive to identify and seek new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
