PRODUCT MANAGER OPEN EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMMES

Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven product manager to join our open executive education team.

The job

• Be responsible for the a portfolio of open executive education programmes in terms of sales & marketing, programme design, product management and delivery, together with faculty and other supporting units.
• Be a content expert for your online, on campus and hybrid programmes.
• Meet the targets of your programmes in terms of revenues, number of participants and quality of the experience.
• Work on commercial and marketing activities (marketing plan, lead generation and follow-up, networking activities, …), securing participants for your programmes with the support of our executive education marketing team.
• Take care of the delivery of different programmes. Provide programme participants with a warm Vlerick learning experience; professionally welcoming, supporting & guiding them during their time on campus and/or online.
• Build a strong network and stay on top of the trends in the field of executive education.

You

• Have obtained a master’s degree or equivalent through work experience.
• Have preferably already gained some relevant work experience.
• Possess networking and sales skills. You can connect with different stakeholders and are ready to be a credible advisor for (senior) executives.
• Get energized from going the extra mile for customers. Are a star at solving problems with a smile, like working organized and are tech-savvy.
• An entrepreneurial mind-set: the ability to proactively identify and realize new business opportunities, to challenge the status and to multi-task.
• Have an excellent written & verbal knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Can work on our campus in Ghent, Brussels or Leuven.
