About the Role:

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in Dendermonde. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with design, maintenance, and quality teams to introduce new technologies and optimize production workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to drive operational excellence.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of machining, assembly, automation, and production planning.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and work effectively within a team.
