Our client is a company in fast moving consumer goods growing a new business line in biotechnology. For their future development plans, we are looking for a Production Leader.

Reporting to the Plant Leader, the Production Leader will have the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the production in line with the objectives from headquarters

  • Liaising with the right business partners in order to understand the production capacity and scheme

  • Making sure the right suppliers are contacted in order to ensure the raw materials needed for production

  • Planning the production capacity with the right manpower

The ideal candidate for the position of Production Leader holds a Master’s in engineering, a couple of years of experience in biotech, healthcare, packaging or chemicals is a must. Candidate who has experience in production (at least 10 years)experience will be selected. Fluency in Dutch and English is needed.
