As we seek to grow and expand our presence, we are looking for a Production Planner.

Purpose:

Responsibilities:

• SHE and Quality
  Maintain and follow all procedures and directives in relation to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in order to improve the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality of all colleagues, customers, suppliers, tools and processes and fore come to any Health, Safety and Environmental incidents.
  
• Orders
  Follow up, analyze, create replenishment orders, confirm production or collection dates and if necessary take action for customer orders and bring up the stock level of BPA and external warehouse in order to deliver on time to the customer and provide the necessary information by communicating with CSU Q8 and CVX.
  
• Production Planning
  Make a production planning for manufacturing of lubricants at BPA in order to guarantee that operations can execute the production on time and in the right quantity and with respect to the lowest cost.
  
• Filling planning
  Make filling planning for the filling of lubricants at BPA in order to guarantee that operations know what to fill on which day and order the necessary empty packages for these orders, and the customer can be informed when the filled products are ready for collection.
  
• Bulk loading planning
  Make a bulk loading planning for the loading of lubricants at BPA in order to guarantee that operations know when the produced or in stock lubricants can be loaded and the customers or transporters know when to collect the bulk lubricants.
  
• Subcontractors
  Create and follow up orders to subcontractors of the Blending Plant in order to deliver on time to the customers and have an optimal stock level a 3rd party warehouse. In case of external filling organize the blending planning and transport of the product and the empty packages to the 3rd party

Necessary experience:

Education

High school with relevant experience (A1) or equivalent through experience.

Skills:

• Working experience in the petroleum or chemical industry is an advantage
• Experience in transport planning (road or sea), raw material planning or production planning is required
• Experience in working with suppliers is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Excel is required.
• User knowledge in SAP planning/purchasing tools is required.
