Project Assistant (m/f) IPS Belgium: Based in Nivelles, Antwerp or Liege

Group-IPS is continuously growing and tends to hire highly motivated professionals in order to cover more geographical and industrial fields. We are currently looking for a Project Assistant (m/f) IPS Belgium to support the Projects.

Your Challange:

Under the supervision of a project manager, the Project Assistant will provide operational, financial and administrative support to the project team. The project team is based at the customer’s premises.

Main Duties

Document Management

Planning

Cost control: project budget, profitability, invoicing

Quality: Audits, project quality

Customer relationship

Your Knowledge and Experience:

  • Languages: French/Dutch/English very good fluent
  • Experience: 2 – 5 years
  • University Degree
  • Skills: strong knowledge of MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
