As an employee of IPS, you will actively participate in a wide range of project work, ranging from small improvements to large industrial constructions. The management of your project can include multiple phases and/or specializations!

Your challenge:

The role of theProject Engineer is to deliver the client the more than satisfactory quality of the services delivered to the client, within the budget and planning defined.

  • Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall Time Schedule, procurement Strategy, financial plan;
  • Project preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing and procurement;
  • Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, operational management;

Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Master in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Project Environment
  • Proven experience in Food and Beverages sector
  • Valuable experience in Project Management (PMP / PMI certification is an asset), either in client or consulting company;
  • Experienced in project documentation and control, cost control, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts;
  • Experience on the complete life cycle of projects for example, master planning, feasibility, permitting, civil works and main infrastructure needs, contracting and construction management and supervision.
  • Fluency in English
  • Very good in Dutch and French. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.

As a representative of IPS you know how to be diplomatic and discreet in customer contact, without forgetting the interests of IPS. You are also able to work independently with:

  • Proactive and strong leadership skills;
  • Creative, high flexibility while working, hardworking, team working but also high autonomy;
  • Extensive skills in management, effective communication, and problem-solving; feeling comfortable taking on many tasks and appropriately prioritizing those tasks’ completion;
  • Customer-oriented and presentation skills.
