Planning and Resource Management Analyst Contract until end December 2021 JOB SUMMARY The primary purpose of the Planning and Resource Management (PRM) Analyst is tosupport the Patient Value Teams or Planisware user to deliver differentiatedpatient solutions through best-in-class planning, scheduling and resourcing. The PRM Analyst is a technical expert in planning, scheduling andresourcing processes and tools. He will partner with the Global ProjectManagers and functional teams to ensure Patient Solutions have consistentroadmaps, milestones and scheduling aligned to the overall objectives for theasset. The PRM Analysts will support Patient Value (project) delivery by the effectiveplanning, forecasting and reporting of activities and resources. They will champion the consistent use of single source data acrossfunctional areas for planning,reporting and forecasting requirements. The PRMAnalyst will also identify potential planning, resource and expenditurechallenges and opportunities and propose solutions to the Patient Value Team. He will also ensure the Patient Value planning and resourcing is managedaccording to Strategic Planning and Financial Cycles so that governancecommittees have the required information to make efficient and effectivedecisions. PRM Analysts are typically assigned to assets for early stage or assets forlate stage development or launch projects PRM Analysts may also support othernon-Asset related projects such as business change initiatives to deliverimproved efficiency, increased revenue or other aspects in line with strategic goals. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Project Planning,Scheduling and Resourcing • Act as a planning and resourcing point of contact for assigned PatientSolutions • Support Project Managers that are responsible for Project Goal, Strategy,Mission and Functional Plans • Support in coordinating and updating project resourcing, forecasting andbudget (internal resource, external costs) through partnership agreements andfinancial cycle process with Finance, Practice and Patient Value Unitcolleagues • Manage project planning activities such as integrated Roadmap, criticalpath/chain, timelines/milestones, scheduling and reporting as required. Project Execution and Performance • Monitor Project progress and budget against baseline, actuals and endto end lifecycle process, Key Performance Indicators and stage gates. • Responsible for use of planning processes, reporting and technology.Communicating Project Planning Information • Consistently provide accurate planning and actuals information to ProjectTeams, Practices and Governance Bodies in a timely manner. • Develop and use planning best practices to communicate information in themost effective way based on content, context and audience e.g. dashboards,visualizations Planning Continuous Improvement and Training • Drive best in industry practices by contributing lessons learned, challenges,solutions and involvement in process improvement projects • Train colleagues on Project Planning Best practices and processes EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION We are looking for candidates with: • A Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of experience in a Planning Role orrelated function within Pharmaceutical Industry, ideally in Research andDevelopment setting.• Experience of working with global, multi-cultural, diverse teams withdemanding timelines and complex deliverables. • A Project Management Certification or Qualification (e.g. PMP, APM, Prince 2,Agile, etc.) is a plus. • An experience with Planisware software is an asset. • Fluency in English is a must. • Good communication skills for business partnering but also to give regulartrainingsJob Posting Start Date: 02/08/2021Job Posting End Date: Contract until end December, potential extension forextra 6 months. 80% home-based condition, 20% office based after restrictionsease, (not 100% home working). minimum 1-2 years of experience. rateindication: flexible on rateCommunication skills, fluent English speaker, proactive, confident deliveringtrainings.
