Function

Administrative support for one of Itineris’ Business Units.

The role is based in our headquarters in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, Belgium

As our PMO, you...

provide administrative supportfor Project, Service Delivery and Business Unit Managers by following upfinancial and project management processes in order to contribute to the optimal delivery of projects and ’support projects’
support and follow up on invoicing and expenses on projects and support projects
control on timely and qualitative delivery oftime registration
ensure regular updates of sales pipeline (budget register)
provide reporting
ensure data quality in the tools
do the administrative follow up of change requests / project orders
initiate process improvements

Our ideal candidate...

has at least 3 years of relevant work experience
is experienced with planning and reporting tools
has affinity withproject methodology and program management in an IT consultancy environment (is a plus!)
has good knowledge of and experience with MS Office, particularly with Excel
has strong analytical skills
is accurate and confident in dealing with numbers
is fluent in English and Dutch
