Ambitious and ready to take on new challenges? As Tank Terminals head towards more efficient, safe and reliable operations, MES systems stand in the centre of modern Terminal Management Software (TMS).

Agidens Level 3 software solutions Aline and Axcel aim to optimize the business processes, daily operations and management of Bulk Liquid Storage Terminals. As a Project Manager Industrial IT you will oversee the execution and completion of these Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) projects. You will work with the MES project team in performing and organizing work activities and apply customer objectives into the approach. You are a hands-on project manager with a technical background, mainly in the communication of different automation levels/systems.

• Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the complete project
• Ensure that the project operates within budget and scope
• Monitor project execution in accordance with the approved plan, and that all deliverables are prepared to meet the approved schedule, and the deliverables meet the customer’s quality standards
• Identify and evaluate the risks associated with Project activities and take appropriate action to control the risk
• Progress reporting
• Always ensure optimal customer satisfaction through your good follow-up
• Manage project staff by providing direction, input and feedback

Het profiel

• You demonstrate a solid understanding of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) / level 3 information flows.
• Knowledge about planning tools, logistics systems for truck loading, terminal management systems, is and advantage.
• You are eager to gain knowledge about the business processes within the Bulk Liquid Storage sector.
• You have a pragmatic approach to solving problems, and are result (yet customer) oriented: You can empathise with the customer’s situation and are always attentive to possible questions/problems/improvements.
• Show a strong team spirit in areas like knowledge sharing, take ownership for project deliverables, and project executions.
• You are experienced with PRINCE2.
• You have a master degree (Informatics or Electromechanical) or equivalent through experience
• You have affinity with level 2 (PLC/SCADA) and level 4 (ERP) processes
• You have a solution-oriented mindset and are open to take on new challenges
• You are willing to make short term trips abroad
• You express yourself fluently in English and Dutch
