We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for high-profile customer accounts in various industries but with a focus on pharmaceutical clients.

This role involves managing client programs, ensuring quality compliance, and facilitating communication between internal and external teams.

Essential Responsibilities And Deliverables As An Project Manager

Daily tactical, operational management of the account activities:

  • Responding to client emails
  • Reporting
  • Following up on implementation plans.

Coordinate Implementation Of New Projects

  • Daily follow up with internal and external teams on deliverables.
  • Creation and follow up of implementation planning and creation of implementation documentation.

Establish a trusted partner relationship with the client services teams

Provide clear and concise documentation of all tactical program management activity including daily weekly, and monthly metrics for the client.

Monitor program activity to ensure quality processes, procedures and client commitments are being followed and achieved.

Identify solutions for best practices, new technologies, and improved performance.

Manage escalated issues from initial observation through communication of resolution.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing Technology, IT, Warehouse, Finance and Client Services to meet client expectations and requirements.

Invoicing and reporting

Additionally, the Program Manager will support corporate marketing and communication strategies

  • Critical to have strong organizational, time management and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple time sensitive, deadline-oriented projects simultaneously
  • Ability to clearly communicate (written/verbal) with internal and external clients
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with database program experience a plus
  • 2 years minimum experience in a related industry
  • Language skills: English fluent, French proficiency is a plus
  • Preferred program management/account management experience is a plus
  • Preferred technical background
  • Requires incredible attitude and the aptitude to learn quickly and follow established procedures

WAT BIEDEN WE?

  • You will work 39 hours per week, which will also allow you to accrue adv
  • Working from home is certainly possible, occasionally you will be expected at the office
  • Salary is between 2900€ and 3400€ gross, depending on experience
  • Meal vouchers 8€/day
  • Home working allowance= 100€ per month net
  • Internet allowance= 20€ net per month
  • After a successful interim period, permanent contract
