Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to a mission-critical project at a client site in Liège. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the client’s project management processes, particularly focusing on the integration of Microsoft Project to manage their extensive project portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Join the PMO Team: Integrate into the client’s PMO team, contributing to their operational portfolio management activities.
• Process Improvement: Proactively propose and participate in the enhancement of project portfolio and project management practices.
• Microsoft Project Implementation:
• Formalize client needs and requirements.
• Collaborate in designing the solution.
• Oversee the implementation process.
  
• Consultancy Role: As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will not only meet the immediate needs of the client but also provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their transformation journey.
  
  

Consultancy Context:

This role is set within a significant transformation project at the clients site, where the client is facing five major challenges including customer centricity, energy transition, human capital development, ambition alignment, and safety assurance. You will be working closely with the clients Transformation Department, which is tasked with overseeing a comprehensive roadmap of 100 projects over four years. Your work will ensure alignment between strategic objectives and transformation plans, while managing the project portfolio and ensuring effective project governance.

Key Objectives of the Role:

• Ensure alignment between the strategic plan and the transformation plan.
• Manage the transformation plan via the project portfolio.
• Support, prioritize, and manage interdependencies among projects.
• Centralize and consolidate project information, including budget, resources, and timelines.
• Report on the status of the project portfolio.
• Communicate effectively about the Transformation Plan.
• Define and enforce project governance processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Mentor and support project sponsors and project managers.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Project Management Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management (Medior level).
• Microsoft Project Expertise: Must have experience with project management tools, specifically Microsoft Project.
• PMO Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a PMO environment (Senior level).
• MS Project Implementation: Experience in the implementation of Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Jira: Familiarity with Jira project management tools is a plus.
• MS Office Proficiency: Strong command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Sector Experience: Experience in a Distribution System Operator (DSO) environment is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluency in French (C2 level) is mandatory.

Additional Information:
