Quality Associate - Supplier Quality

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Quality Associate - Supplier Quality to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis located in Beerse. Our client is focused on producing a future where illness is left in the past.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation of monitoring and trending reports for providers.
• Aid EQ supplier quality representative and SME throughout routine audits and health authority inspections.
• The ideal candidate will arrange supplier specification agreements and approval management.
• You will keep AIM (Auditee Information Management) records up to date with any information linked to material, qualification and monitoring actions.
• Handle all information required for the release/reject of suppliers in SAP (SAP master data).
• Assist the establishment and periodic evaluation of quality agreements.
• For this role, you will manage surveillance on the quality and compliance status for all third-party provided raw materials, intermediates, APIs, excipients and packaging materials.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Ability to engage with providers and internal business.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific discipline.
• Fluency in both the English and Dutch languages.
• Experience with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and ICH (International Conference of Harmonisation) - guidelines.
• Knowledge on systems such as MS Office applications, SAP, Trackwise, TruVault, eICD, SharePoint and Compliance Wire.
