Quality Coordinator - Benelux Area
The main purpose of the Quality Coordinator role is to facilitate, manage, and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System at the Local Branches in the Benelux Area.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- ¨As the Quality Coordinator you are responsible for implement company policies and conduct meetings as well as trainings.
- You will support the implementation, communication and maintenance of the company’s quality systems and regulations.
- ¨Coordinating the required training activities for all personnel and ensuring appropriate documentation and filing is your responsibility.
- ¨You support the handling and escalation of Quality Issues as well as CAPA tracking up to completion of action.
- Conducting self-inspection audits for the local or regional facilities.
- ¨The role is ensuring the accuracy and quality of all records and documents.
- ¨You will track and oversee all commitments for actions or changes made MARKEN from previous customer audits as well as from internal audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ¨Prior working experience in Quality Assurance.
- ¨Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English, Dutch, and French.
- ¨You have a driver´s licence.
- ¨You are familiar with Good Distribution Practice.
- ¨High customer satisfaction skills.
- ¨You must be self-motivated, focused, responsible, self-sufficient and reliable.
- ¨You are a real Team Player.
