Job Description
The Quality Systems Expert is responsible to deploy, maintain, monitor and improve the Quality Systems at Takeda Lessines’s site.
He/she will be part of the Quality Systems team and will act as Business Process owner for mainly Deviation Management Systems.
How You Will Contribute
- Establish the deployment, implementation and maintenance of the activities related to Quality Systems for the Lessines facility, mainly the Deviation Management systems.
- Ensure and maintain compliance with current regulations/requirements of Quality Systems.
- Conduct gap assessments of local Quality Systems in accordance with the Global Quality Systems procedures and regulations and define and implement actions.
- Monitor the Quality Systems to ensure compliance with the Global procedures and regulations, and to evaluate additional need for training/coaching of the users.
- Interface with Quality, manufacturing, or other groups to promote adherence to the deviation process, to identify improvement actions and follow up on the implementation of these actions.
- Define, review, and analyze Quality Systems’ metrics. Define appropriate actions to maintain satisfying metrics.
- Collaborate with the Lessines Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, record owners and the Global Takeda organization to align and improve the management of the Quality Systems.
- Support inspections conducted by Health Authorities, Customers, and License Partners.
- Active participation to the Annual Product Quality Review process by providing data and draw
- Communicate with owners, QA disposition, Supply Chain, and any impacted department to ensure timely disposition of batches affected by a deviation.
- Bachelor’s – Master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality or related field within the pharmaceutical
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems and regulations including current GMPs & GDDPs.
- Fluent in French, professional level of English.
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the management, peers, contractors, and external partners.
- Highly effective organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Trackwise.
