This family-owned life science company has taken the leading position in their therapeutic area within Belgium and is taking over the international market as well. They are looking for an RA Manager and are open to someone that has no people management experience which means you can take the next step in your career and gain experience as manager which will be very valuable for the future.

Responsibilities:
Review product technical dossiers and other regulatory documents for registration submissions in and outside EU
Initiate improvements and plan the regulatory activities
Maintain CE and ISO certificate requirements
Manage a team of RA Specialists
Lead the project of MDR implementation
Be point of contact for the authorities and other external and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in life sciences
Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is preferred
Ideally knowledge of MDR and ISO 13485
People management is preferred but not required if you show leadership skills
Fluent level in Dutch and English
