About Our Client

For their nice team in Evere, there are looking for a new enthusiastic Receptionist & Project Administration Assistant (m/f/x) as reinforcement.

Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors
  • Assist the visitors with their reason for visit & direct them to the right person or department
  • Manage incoming mails & tels, dispatch when needed
  • Schedule appointments in the agenda’s of several managers
  • Be the intermediary between the management team and the visitors (do the communications, planning, follow-ups etc.)
  • Follow-up of clients’ payments (in excel) & send reminders when needed
  • Assist the office management team with occasional events
  • General administration support
The Successful Applicant
  • Proficient in French & Dutch
  • A first experience in administration or customer service
  • You are determined to deliver excellent/premium service and represent the brand
  • Positive-minded, solution-oriented, and motivated
  • Team player
  • Organized & flexible
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with MSOffice
