For the national HR department, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Officer, who will work closely with the Recruitment Manager in the active search for candidates:

  • Recruitment of white-collar profiles for the entire Group in Belgium.
  • Managing and optimizing existing recruitment channels (blue-collar and white-collar).
  • Proposing and launching new recruitment channels (blue-collar and white-collar).
  • Setting up partnerships and recruitment projects to boost the flow of applicants (events, schools, networking, etc.).
  • General optimization of recruitment processes within Keolis Belgium.
  • Active participation in national HR department projects.
  • Establishing an efficient and professional relationship with the entire HR community at Keolis as well as the line managers.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor degree (HR, social worker, etc.) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in an HR function where recruitment was an important part of the job.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are sociable and easy to get in touch with all kinds of persons
  • You like to work in a team, but you can also work independently, and you like to take initiatives.
  • You are attracted by planning your own work and personal efficiency.
  • You are flexible to travel to the Group’s various subsidiaries depending on recruitment projects.
