Job description
As the Regional Sales Manager for Robotics, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in Wallonia, France, Central and Southern European Countries. You will be working with a team of professionals that design, manufacture, and sell commercial-scale automatic lawn mowers for large areas, robot mowers for turf areas up to 15 hectares, and automatic ball pickers that collect golf balls on practices. Our robots are currently used worldwide to maintain sports facilities (football, rugby, golf courses), industrial areas, private gardens, and large open spaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Belgian dealers network and with distributors across Europe;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners;
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts;
- Provide technical support and training to customers and distributors;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanics or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial products, preferably in green care and agriculture;
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus;
- Willingness to travel frequently.
