Features of the job

  • Coordinate and manage staff in the Reservations Department and write work rotas and holiday schedules
  • Accept, process and verify reservations; also check for overbookings and available options
  • Conduct internal coaching and cross-training and plan further development training for Reservation staff
  • Monitor forecasts, checking against budget figures
  • Assist Sales and Front Office teams at peak times
