We are looking for a passionate Retail Account Manager Printing to cover the Belux retailer segment.
WHY DOES THIS ROLE MATTER?
In this role you will contribute to and co-create the long-term success of HP’s printing portfolio by establishing a partnership with the assigned Belux retail partner portfolio. The scope entails the full range of HP’s consumer printer & supplies business, including growing the installed base of Instant Ink, HP’s revolutionary subscription-based printing model.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE BRING YOU?
The retail landscape will be your playground. You will be able to develop a long-term relationship with key stakeholders at your retailers and define together how to improve both HP’s and the partner’s business.
Through your day-to-day contacts as well as through formal business reviews, you will actively involve your partners in defining the objectives, strategies & tactics, based on HP’s strategic initiatives. You will work very closely together with your team consisting of the other account managers as well as Category, Marketing and Trade Marketing colleagues.
In terms of Business Planning you will plan, execute, and monitor on a quarterly and yearly basis. This is about planning investments and analyzing their ROI, ensuring we invest in the right channels (offline vs online) at the right retailers (win with the winners), forecasting and tracking key account metrics and managing account level discounts and rebates. Accuracy and timeliness are key to ensure a smooth process flow.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE?
To be successful in this role, the following professional skills and experiencewill help you:
Communicating, presenting, and influencing credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Being a good listener and don’t run away from a negotiation
Verbal and written communication in Dutch, French and English
Demonstrating time management sensibilities when scheduling, allocating and prioritizing commitments
Collaborating closely with partners to develop robust business plans that optimally position HP offers in existing accounts, identify new opportunities and contribute to accurate forecasts
Demonstrating self-initiative and be solution oriented: you will have a lot of ownership on your business and flexibility on how to reach your objectives
