About Our Client

Our client is a Belgian company located in Vilvoorde that specialises in sales. They are looking for an HR Officer to start in January. By accepting the offer you will have a guarantee of evolution within the company (composed of about 50 employees) and of a long term stability.

Job Description

As HR Officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks

  • Preparation and follow-up of calculations and control of payments.
  • You will be the first point of contact for HR questions from our staff and volunteers.
  • You will participate in the design of various HR procedures.
  • You keep all personnel files up to date (e.g. employment contracts, insurance, public transport, etc.).
  • You share vacancies through recruitment channels.
  • You plan job interviews, assessment centres, follow-up of candidates.
  • You provide support for the training offer.

The Successful Applicant

As HR Officer, you’ve the following profile :

  • Do you have at least 2 years experience as a RH Officer?
  • A very good level of Dutch and French in addition to English.
  • A passion & good knowledge of the social legislation & HR of Belgium.
  • You’ve a passion for people.
  • You’re communicative & administratively strong.
  • You’re precise and autonomous but also proactive.
