For our Vilvoorde location, we are currently looking for a Sales Administrator Intern who will be supporting our Sales department.

We have a wide variety of products and opportunities available to entry-level applicants, so the intern program was created as a way to provide recent graduates the opportunity to experience multiple roles within our company. The program will prepare you for successful integration into InterSystems’s elite teams through structured training, personalized mentorship, and frequent collaboration with cross-functional groups.

Program Structure/Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (i.e. proposals, contracts, invoices)
  • Preparing license agreements and service contracts in consultation with Germany and with US headquarter
  • Monitoring translation of contracts (Dutch, French and English)
  • Creating sales statistics
  • Administrative support for the sales team and managers, assisting with bid offerings
  • Providing assistance to sales activities and maintaining existing customer contacts
  • Prospecting on potential partners and end-users
  • Interaction with our Legal team

Qualifications:

  • This role is intended for recent or soon to be graduates from a Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Maths, Statistics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Detailed-focused, good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English and Dutch as well as French
  • Eligible to work in Belgium
