Your responsibilities:
· Support the key account manager in his daily tasks
· Follow up development of projects using internal systems (CRM etc.)
· Liaise with internal departments: customer service, IT, R&D etc.
· Update the data base (customers / prospects)
· Report on meetings, monthly sales etc ...
· Respond to internal and external requests
· Identify potential new customers
· Prepare marketing material for customers
Profil
travail en englais (90%) et en francais (10%) (neerlandais pas necessaire)
connaissance de Microsoft indispensable (bon niveau de excel)
connaissance de Adobe Illustrator preferable
Connaissances linguistiques
