You support our team as

Sales & Distribution Officer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for managing the customer portfolio from the receipt of the order through to shipment:
  • Manage orders received by KLB for delivery within the European Union, specifically for the Klüber and Chem-Trend warehouses, and ensure end-to-end responsibility until final delivery
  • Oversee certain export shipments
  • Respond to customer inquiries, process their orders, and coordinate shipments
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and internal departments, including Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Production, Accounting, and Controlling
  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of all cases, including ongoing shipments, general inquiries, and after-sales logistics follow-up
  • Handle customs declarations using the Conex system (MRN document)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant transport regulations (ADR, IMDG, IATA)
  • Collaborate with the Forwarding Department in Munich on export documentation and invoicing
  • Support and liaise with the external logistics provider (External Warehouse) for the organization and tracking of shipments

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • B2 level of English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SAP
