About Our Client
My client is part of a dynamic group specialized in the professional equipment management by providing financial and operational solutions to companies from a large variety of sectors.
As the company is extending new innovative services, and in order to translate the potential of the market into actual revenue, my client will reinforce his permanent local presence in Belgium by looking for a motivated and ambitious business development manager.
Job Description
- Provide regular business updates to key internal stakeholders for your regional strategic account list, which include sales revenue and margin reviews.
- Maintain long-term relationships with your clients, in order to stay informed about upcoming projects and to be able to offer tailor-made solutions
- Manage your prospecting, your planning and your client portfolio autonomously, right up to the development of customer loyalty
- Mapp out potential partners in Belgium, further developing the presence of the company and closely monitor the competitors
- Efficient collaboration with the other departments to ensure a qualitative follow-up of the projects with regards to the customers.
- Participate in national and regional sales meetings and events as a real company ambassador

The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B field sales.
- Fluent in Dutch & French
- High degree of initiative
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Assertive and solution-oriented
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
