EXPLEO Belgium is looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join a dynamic and expanding team in Brussels.

ResponsibilitiesThis job is for you! Reporting to our customer success managers, the Scrum Master leads one to 2 squads in software or product delivery contexts, the Scrum Master will perform the following duties:

• Play the role of delivery owner in X-squads; Set upup and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology;
• Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles by providing assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog;
• Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.;
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field or equivalent experience;
• English and French or Dutch are required;
• Sound knowledge of software development methodology;
• Sound knowledge of project management methodology Key to combining Agile coaching aspect and ownership of the delivery;
• Experience in big companies (to be able to manage the dependencies in a complex organization);
• Experience with multicultural teams;
• Good Agile mindset.
