Position Overview:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scrum process, practical experience in implementing Scrum and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple Scrum teams effectively.

Location: Brussels (with remote work options depending on the project requirements)

Experience Level:

The position is open to candidates with various levels of experience:

  • Junior: 1-3 years
  • Mid-Level: 3-5 years
  • Senior: 5-10 years
  • Expert: 10+ years

Languages Required:

  • English: European Level C1 (professional proficiency, minimum requirement)
  • French and/or Dutch: European Level B2 (desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Scrum process is applied correctly according to agile values.
  • Resolve any obstacles that hinder the team’s progress towards sprint objectives.
  • Facilitate the introduction and scaling of Scrum within the team.
  • Coordinate the collaboration between multiple Scrum teams with technical interfaces.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • In-depth awareness of the Scrum process as explained in courses and books.
  • experience with introducing Scrum to teams.
  • Pragmatism and sensitivity to adapt Scrum theory to specific project contexts.
  • Experience in scaling Scrum across multiple teams.
  • Strong team management skills.
