Who are you in our On IT story?

As a Senior Account Manager, you play a vital role in the success of our company. You will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base, acting as the link between our innovative solutions and our customers’ needs. Through your commitment and expertise, you will help companies optimize their communication and presentation, leading to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (Non-limiting):

  • Managing customer relationships:

Maintain existing customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities.
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely solutions.

  • Advising customers:

Inform customers about our audiovisual technology and printing solutions.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate products and services to customers.

  • Preparation and presentation of quotations:

Prepare bids and contracts.
Present proposals to customers.
Negotiate terms and prices.

  • Support the sales team:

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Share market insights and customer feedback with the team.
Contribute to team meetings and strategy discussions.

  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities:

Assist in developing marketing materials.
Participate in trade shows and events to represent our company.
Contribute to online and offline promotional campaigns.

  • Tracking market trends and competitive analysis:

Monitor market developments and trends.
Analyze competitive activities.
Share insights with the team to improve our strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

A degree in a relevant field is not a must, but an advantage.

  • Experience:

You have several years of experience in a similar position.
Interest in our IT world is definitely a must.

  • Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
Interest in audiovisual technology and printing solutions.
Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
