Working within the People & Change team and with the KPMG Lighthouse will allow you to develop and extend both your HR as well as your data related knowledge and network. You will find yourself surrounded by an exceptional peer group. You will be able to work on HR data driven projects in various industries which will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge to the full extent.

• You take part in HR Analytics projects through their entire lifecycle.
• You handle multiple projects at the same time and communicate with all relevant project stakeholders.
• You mentor and provide guidance to graduates, junior advisors and advisors in your area of expertise.

Skills & Qualifications

• We are looking for inquisitive, driven and enthusiastic colleagues, colleagues with strong project management, analytical and social skills. Colleagues with an ambition to develop themselves, their customers and their colleagues.
• You have a Master’s degree
• You have experience within HR or have a good understanding of the HR functional domain
• You are able to take ownership of work on client engagements
• You are interested in the bigger picture and able to think broader than your own capabilities.
• You’re able to connect with the right complimentary people in KPMG to tackle new and complex business problems.
• You are an enthusiastic, motivated and proactive person.
• You have min. 3 to 4 years of Analytics experience with a professional services firm, an internal analytics group or similar environment.
• You have a solid experience in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• You are highly proficient in Dutch and/or French and English (spoken and written)
• You get bonus points if you have experience with:
• Microsoft BI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and SQL Server / Transact SQL
• Azure: Synapse Analytics, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory,…
• Talend, Alteryx
• Qlik, Board
• Augmented Analytics (Thoughtspot) & Process Mining (Celonis, Disco, PAFnow).
